FORK MAIN TUBE CLAMPING TOOL
Servicing, dismantling, reassembling or carrying out any work on fork main tubes? Then you'll know the problem of gripping the main tubes so they're held firm while you work on them. Placing them in a vice with soft jaw grips runs the risk either of damaging the surface chrome or finding that they rotate. This clever tool eliminates those problems. The alloy tunnel holds the main tube while the squared section of the tool allows the whole assembly to be gripped tightly in a vice without the risk of rotation or damage. The design gives a wide area of contact - unlike other similar tools - to ensure the main tube is gripped firmly without damage. Part number 98349 at £39.75 plus postage and VAT [where applicable].
