With the exception of some of the very early bikes from the 1960's the Indian built Bullets do not have a pressure relief valve on the return side of the oiling system. This can put a lot of extra strain on the oil pump components, especially when the engine is cold.
These kits re-introduces a pressure relief valve into the system, using the same type of valve that was used on the Redditch built models, returning the unwanted oil back to the oil tank via the timing cover. It has taken 2 years to develop and thoroughly test these valves. They work well with the standard or high capacity pumps, allowing the oil flow to be maximised, yet keeping the pressure at reasonable levels. The kits comprise of a new CNC machined polished tappet cover with rubber gasket, return pipe, relief valve and adaptor and all the necessary gaskets and washers.
Sorry There are no parts which fit your model!
