These improved brake shoes have new asbestos free linings, bonded onto them here in the UK. They bed in quickly to give a much improved braking performance in wet or dry conditions, eliminating the glazing and spongy feel of the standard linings. We are constantly testing new improved linings to optimise the braking system as much as possible.
These shoes are available on an exchange basis. To benefit from the cheaper exchange price we must receive your old shoes in advance of us sending you the new ones. However, when buying from the website you will have to pay the full price and we will refund you the difference between the outright and exchange prices on receipt of your old shoes.
